Our Final Cast Selection!

 Hey, guys welcome back yet again for joining me once again for another blog!

So today I want to introduce you to our final cast for our final task. So starting off with our group me and Marvin are a part of our movie. We both will be acting in our film along with multitasking to be camera people and co-directors. Mavin and I have both been really active and split roles pretty evenly to make sure it's even. After working together on all of our previous projects Marvin and I have learned more about each other strengths and weaknesses and we use this to our advantage. While we both have our personal strengths we also are good at peer reviewing and helping take something good and elevate it to be great. For example, I can work with filming well but Marvin is really good at different angles. Marvin also has clear visions of how he wants these shots to look and we work to best bring those visions to life. With editing, we usually start by me cropping and organizing clips and then I send it to Marvin to add music and transitions. We will both watch the projects multiple times to ensure that there are no mistakes. I mentioned in the previous blogs that we have picked out our cast and checked their availability. So our main character in the film is going to be one of our best friends Sarah, she also starred in our music video. Since she's one of our best friends and supports us she always does her best to work with us and help create the vision. Sarah puts her best foot forward in whatever she does that's what makes her perfect for our role. We wanted the main character to be a young lady who is also kind of small (in order to seem more intimidated) and she fits this role perfectly. I will be playing her friend in this film. The kidnapper or main villain of our film our friend Joey, is working with us and also could drive which helps make him more flexible with our schedule. We knew we wanted to go the male route for our kidnapper role and Joey fit this character perfectly. Thanks for reading my blog see you guys soon!

1. How does your product use or  challenge conventions AND how does it  represent social groups or issues?   My music video challenge convention’s because we worked with what we had are video used a local park instead of any fancy sets and my iPhone camera instead of anything fancy. Our props were all objects we had already owned. My video showed a biracial couple which isn’t always represented in the media. Also shows how jumping to conclusions isn’t always the answer our video shows the girlfriend upset cause she thinks the boyfriend is cheating.   Hey, guys welcome to my blog,   My name is Mya, and I am currently a senior in high school. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and binging different show series, my favorite shows are Grey’s Anatomy and Friends. I am very family oriented so I’m with my family a lot of the time, I have two brothers and I am the middle child. My favorite color is purple, and I love getting my nails done with unique designs. The best type of food, in my opinion, is Mexican and Chinese food.
